We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Simone Pérèle lingerie, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like adhesive bras and hosiery cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with all original labels and protective hygiene strips intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
